Your vehicle's 360-degree camera system may have a software issue that prevents the rearview image from displaying. This affects certain 2020-2021 Explorer, Lincoln Corsair, and Lincoln Aviator vehicles.

If the rearview camera doesn't work, you'll have a reduced view of what's behind your vehicle, which could increase the risk of a crash.
RESOLUTION_PROTOCOL
Ford will update the software for your vehicle's camera system at no cost to you. You'll receive a letter with instructions, but you can also contact Ford customer service at 1-866-436-7332 to schedule the free repair.
