What Happened
The fuel delivery hoses in your 2021-2022 Santa Fe or Sonata with a 2.5L turbocharged engine are the tubes that carry gasoline from the fuel pump to the engine. In certain models, these hoses could develop a weak spot where they connect to the fuel pump.
Risk if Unfixed
If this connection fails, fuel can leak out, which increases the risk of a fire. This could happen while you're driving, and a fire could spread quickly.

How to Get This Fixed

Your Hyundai dealer will inspect the fuel pipe connection and tighten it if necessary. If it's damaged, they'll replace it with a new one – all at no cost to you. You should schedule the repair as soon as you get the recall notice.
