What Happened
Your vehicle has a potential problem with the front seat head restraints. The cover on the seat may be covering the button that locks the head restraint in place, making it hard to lock.
Risk if Unfixed
If the head restraint isn't locked, it might not work properly in a crash, which could increase the risk of injury.
Free Fix
Mazda will fix this for free by installing a spacer at the bottom of the lock release button on both front seat head restraints. You'll get a notification, and a dealer will take care of it.
