What Happened
The rear climate control module (CCM) in your vehicle is the part that helps you control the air temperature in the back seats. It's a small electronic box that can overheat if there's an electrical problem.
Risk if Unfixed
If the CCM overheats, it could catch fire in the headliner above your seats, which could cause a serious fire in your vehicle.
Free Fix
Your dealer will inspect and modify the CCM's wiring to prevent overheating, completely free of charge. You'll get a notice and should schedule the repair as soon as possible.
