Your vehicle's front passenger air bag may not work properly due to a faulty inflator. This is because the inflator can deteriorate over time, especially in humid and temperature-fluctuating environments.
RISK_ASSESSMENT
If the air bag deploys and the inflator ruptures, metal fragments could hit you, causing serious injury or even death.
RESOLUTION_PROTOCOL
Land Rover will replace the front passenger air bag assembly for free, at a dealership of your choice, starting from December 18, 2017. You'll be contacted by Land Rover with more information, or you can call them at 1-800-637-6837 and reference recall number P082.
