What Happened
Your vehicle's passenger side airbag is designed to inflate in case of a crash. In some Toyota and Lexus models, the inflator that makes the airbag work could fail and break apart, releasing metal shards that could injure you or someone in the passenger seat.

Free Fix
Your Toyota or Lexus dealer will replace the faulty airbag inflator or the entire airbag assembly with a safe one, at no cost to you. The repair is free, and you should schedule it as soon as you get the recall notice.
