What Happened
The rear grab handle brackets in your Fit are the metal parts that attach to the doors. In some 2015-2016 models, these brackets might be too weak and could poke a hole in the side airbags when they deploy.
Risk if Unfixed
If the airbags get poked during a crash, you and your passengers in the outer seats might be more likely to get hurt.
