What Happened
Your 2015 Ford Mustang with a 2.3L engine may have a faulty fuel tank and fuel vapor lines that can leak fuel if it's exposed to high temperatures for a long time.

If your fuel tank leaks and there's a spark nearby, it could catch fire. If your parking brake cable also fails, your car might move unexpectedly, which could hurt you or someone else.

How to Get This Fixed

Ford will replace the fuel tank shield, add protective patches to the fuel tank and parking brake cable, and wrap the fuel vapor lines with heat-resistant material, all for free.
