What Happened
In your 2015 Yaris, the rear axle is the part that helps your wheels move smoothly. It has bolts that were possibly tightened incorrectly during assembly.
Risk if Unfixed
If those bolts come loose while you're driving, the wheel may lock up or the brakes may not work as well, both of which could lead to a crash.

Your Toyota dealer will check the bolts and tighten them if needed, all for free. You'll get a notice when it's time for the repair.
