What Happened
The high pressure regulator in your CNG system is a critical safety component that controls the flow of natural gas to your engine. In some 2011-2014 Chevrolet Express and GMC Savana CNG vehicles, this regulator can leak natural gas.
Risk if Unfixed
A leak in the CNG system increases the risk of a fire or explosion if there's an ignition source nearby, such as a spark from a hot engine or a faulty electrical system.
Free Fix
Your dealer will replace the faulty high pressure regulator with a new one, free of charge. You should schedule the repair as soon as you receive the recall notice to ensure your safety on the road.
