STEERING
What Happened
The steering shaft is the long rod that connects your steering wheel to your wheels. In some 2014 Buick, Cadillac, and Chevrolet models, the bolts that hold this shaft in place might not be tightened correctly.
Risk if Unfixed
If the bolts aren't secure, the steering shaft or other parts like the control arm or ball joint could break, causing your vehicle to lose steering. This could lead to a serious crash.
Free Fix
Your dealer will check the bolts and tighten them to the right torque, or replace them if needed, at no cost to you.
