What Happened
Your 2013 Town & Country or Dodge Grand Caravan has a faulty air bag system due to incorrect software in the occupant restraint control module (ORC).
Risk if Unfixed
If your air bag doesn't deploy properly in a collision, you may be at a higher risk of injury.
Free Fix
Chrysler will replace the ORC module for free, starting a process that will begin on October 3, 2013. You can contact Chrysler at 1-800-247-9753 to start the process, or wait for a notification from them.
