What Happened
Your RAM 1500's engine and engine cooling system may have a faulty valve that prevents coolant from flowing to the heater core.
Risk if Unfixed
If this isn't fixed, a buildup of moisture or ice on the windshield could make it hard for you to see, increasing the risk of a crash.
Free Fix
Chrysler will replace the faulty valve and update the system's calibration free of charge. A notification has already been sent, but you can also contact Chrysler at 1-800-247-9753 to schedule the repair.
