What Happened
Your vehicle's front drivetrain has a critical bolt that might not be tightened properly, which could cause problems.
Risk if Unfixed
If this bolt comes loose, you could lose power to the front wheels, leading to a breakdown and increasing the risk of a crash.
Free Fix
BMW will notify you and replace the affected bolt for free at a dealership, starting in October 2011.
