What Happened
Your vehicle's diesel engine has a pre-heater that helps warm up diesel fuel in cold temperatures. This pre-heater might get stuck on and overheat, causing problems.

If this happens, your battery could drain, leaving you stranded. In the worst case, the pre-heater could overheat and cause a fire.
