What Happened
Your vehicle's tire pressure monitoring system may not be working correctly if you've replaced the original wheels and tires with Toyota-authorized wheels and tires. This is because the system wasn't recalibrated after the replacement.
Risk if Unfixed
If the system fails to warn you of low tire pressure, it could lead to tire failure, increasing the risk of a crash.
Free Fix
Toyota will recalibrate your vehicle's tire pressure monitoring system and install a new tire and loading information label at no charge. If you have an FJ Cruiser, a new electronic control unit will be replaced, which is currently being developed.
