Your vehicle's front crash sensors may crack and allow water to enter, causing them to stop working and turn on the airbag warning light.
RISK_ASSESSMENT
If the sensors fail, your airbags may not provide extra protection in a crash, and you'll be warned with a light on the dashboard until you get it fixed.
RESOLUTION_PROTOCOL
Chrysler will replace your front airbag sensors with new ones for free. You can contact them at 1-800-853-1403 to schedule the service, which will start in June 2010.
