What Happened
The transmission control module in your vehicle is the computer brain of your automatic transmission. It helps your engine and transmission work together smoothly. In some 3.0L V6 engine models, the control module can malfunction.

If the transmission control module fails, your engine could stall when you're slowing down, which could cause a loss of control and increase the risk of a crash.
