What Happened
The fuel inlet check valve is a small part that helps control the flow of gasoline into your fuel tank. It could get stuck in the open position, allowing gas to spill out when you refuel.

If the fuel inlet check valve gets stuck, gasoline could leak out of the filler tube and ignite, causing a fire, which could lead to serious injury or property damage.
