What Happened
Your parking brake cable mounting bracket screws were not tightened properly, which could cause them to come loose and fall into the parking brake drum.

If this happens, your parking brake on one side of the vehicle might not work, and a screw could get stuck in the drum, causing noise and potentially causing the parking brake to lock up while driving.
