What Happened
The O-ring seals in the fuel line connector were damaged during assembly. This means there's a weak spot where fuel can leak from the fuel filter.
Risk if Unfixed
If the fuel line leaks and sparks are present, it could catch fire. This is a serious risk of a fire in or around your vehicle.

How to Get This Fixed

Free Fix
Your Ford dealer will inspect and replace the fuel line, free of charge. You should schedule the repair as soon as possible and contact Ford at 1-800-392-3673 if it's not done within a reasonable time.
