EVENT_SUMMARY
There's a problem with the child safety seat anchors in your vehicle. The fasteners that secure the anchors to the floor pan may not be tightened enough, which could cause them to come loose over time.
RISK_ASSESSMENT
If the anchor comes loose, it may not hold your child's safety seat in place during a crash, increasing the risk of injury to the child.
RESOLUTION_PROTOCOL
Ford will fix this for free by re-tightening the anchor bracket nut and applying a special locking material to keep it secure. You should schedule an appointment with an authorized Ford dealer as soon as possible and they will take care of it.
