SEAT BELTS:PRETENSIONER

Manufacturer
Jaguar Land Rover North America, LLC
What Happened
The seat belt pretensioners in your Land Rover are like the emergency brakes for your seat belts. They help tighten the belts in a sudden stop to keep you safe. But in some 2022-23 models, these pretensioners might be damaged.
Risk if Unfixed
If the pretensioners are broken, your seat belts might not lock up properly during a crash. This means you could be at higher risk of getting hurt.
Free Fix
Your Land Rover dealer will check and replace the front seat belts if needed, at no cost to you. You should schedule this repair as soon as you get the recall notice, so you can stay safe on the road.
