What Happened
Your 2020 Telluride may have a wiring issue that affects the Smart Cruise Control (SCC) system when towing a trailer.
Risk if Unfixed
If this issue isn't fixed, your trailer brake lights won't turn on when the SCC applies the brakes, which could lead to a crash because other drivers won't know you're slowing down.
Free Fix
Kia will fix this for free by installing an additional wire harness to the main fuse box, and you'll be notified when it's time to schedule the repair.
