What Happened
Your vehicle's quarter trim on the driver and passenger windows may not be securely attached, which could cause it to come loose and detach.
Risk if Unfixed
If the trim pieces detach, they could become a hazard on the road, increasing the risk of a crash with another vehicle.
Free Fix
Dealers will inspect and replace the quarter window glass assembly, free of charge, and you'll be notified by letter starting February 19, 2026. You can also contact FCA customer service at 1-800-853-1403 for more information.

Original — What Happened
Chrysler (FCA US, LLC) is recalling certain 2022-2024 Jeep Wagoneer and Jeep Grand Wagoneer vehicles. The quarter trim on the driver and passenger windows may not have been properly secured, which can allow it to detach.

What Happened
Your vehicle may have a problem with the interior trim on the side pillars. This trim might not be properly attached and could interfere with the side curtain air bags.
Risk if Unfixed
If the side curtain air bags don't work properly, they might not protect you and your passengers as well in a crash, which could increase the risk of injury.
Free Fix
You'll need to take your vehicle to a dealership, and they'll inspect and fix the trim pieces for free. They'll either reattach them or replace them if needed.

Original — What Happened
Chrysler (FCA US, LLC) is recalling certain 2022-2023 Jeep Wagoneer and Grand Wagoneer vehicles. The upper B-pillar interior trim may not be fully seated and could interfere with the side curtain air bag (SABIC) deployment. As such, these vehicles fail to comply with the requirements of Federal Motor Vehicle Safety Standard number 226, "Ejection Mitigation."

A compromised deployment of the SABIC can reduce occupant protection in the event of a crash, increasing the risk of injury.
Original — Remedy
Dealers will inspect and reseat or replace the trim pieces as necessary, free of charge. Owner notification letters were mailed August 17, 2023. Owners may contact FCA US, LLC customer service at 1-800-853-1403. FCA US, LLC's number for this recall is 76A.
