General Motors, LLC (GM) is recalling certain 2023–2026 Chevrolet Corvette vehicles equipped with a left-side radiator/fan combination. Excess fuel may spill into the vehicle fuel-filler pocket during refueling and leak onto an ignition source.
Risk if Unfixed
A fuel leak in the presence of an ignition source, such as hot engine or exhaust components, can increase the risk of a fire.
Free Fix
Dealers will install a shield to divert spilled fuel, free of charge. Owner notification letters were mailed November 14, 2025. Owners may contact Chevrolet customer service at 1-800-222-1020. GM's number for this recall is N252514930.
Your 2024-2025 Chevrolet Corvette's seat belt retractors might lock in a stowed position, making it hard to use the seat belts in an emergency.
Risk if Unfixed
If your seat belt is locked and can't restrain you in a crash, you could get hurt more seriously than you would with a properly working seat belt.
Free Fix
Dealers will replace the seat belt retractors for free. You've already been notified by letter, but if you have any questions, you can call Chevrolet at 1-800-222-1020 with GM recall number N242441390.
