What Happened
The horn on your CE 04 motorcycle is the part that lets other drivers know you're there. In some cases, it might not be securely attached, which could cause it to come loose or fall off while you're riding.
Risk if Unfixed
If the horn comes loose or detaches, it could get in the way of your motorcycle's handlebars, making it harder to steer and increasing the risk of a crash.
Free Fix
Your authorized BMW dealer will reattach the horn securely, free of charge. This repair is on the house, and you should schedule it as soon as you receive the recall notice.

Original — What Happened
BMW of North America, LLC (BMW) is recalling certain 2022 CE 04 motorcycles. The horn may be insufficiently attached, allowing it to loosen or partially detach from the motorcycle frame.
Original — Risk if Unfixed
A loose or partially detached horn can interfere with motorcycle steering and increase the risk of a crash.
Original — Remedy
Dealers will remove and reinstall the horn, free of charge. Owner notification letters were mailed November 4, 2022. Owners may contact BMW customer service at 1-800-525-7417.
