EXTERIOR LIGHTING

Manufacturer
BMW of North America, LLC
What Happened
The rear reflex reflectors on your BMW are designed to make your vehicle visible to other drivers when you're driving at night. Unfortunately, in some 2013 models, these reflectors might not be reflecting enough light.
Risk if Unfixed
If the reflectors aren't working correctly, other drivers may not see your vehicle, especially in low-light conditions. This could lead to a collision.
Free Fix
Your BMW dealer will replace the rear reflex reflectors with new ones that meet the safety standards, and this repair is completely free. You'll receive a notification when it's time to schedule the repair.

The vehicle may be less visible to other vehicles, increasing the risk of a crash.
